A woman was killed shortly after 1 p.m. near Route 7 and Spring Hill Road in Tysons Corner when she was hit by a pumper truck, according to Fairfax County police. The woman got out of her vehicle for an unknown reason and was struck police said. Traffic is stopped in both directions on Route 7 at Spring Hill Road. Neither driver involved has been identified by police. More details to follow.
