Functional Fitness of Falls Church will host its third annual fundraiser on Saturday to benefit The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
The event includes chair massages, injury consults, seminars, and more:
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Open House with free injury consults from Fast Track Physical Therapy, Chair massages for donations, and free foot evaluations from Strong Foundations Podiatry.
11:30 a.m. to noon: Open House with free injury preventions seminar from Fast Track Physical Therapy.
noon to 1230 p.m.: Open House with free foam rolling workshop from head Massage Therapist, Scott Bradley, LMT.
12:30 to 1 p.m.: Open House with free foot care seminar from pediatrist Dr. George Lane from Strong Foundations.
1 to 2 p.m.: Fundraising events from Functional Fitness VA and food from Meat in a Box.
