Indecent Exposure Reported Outside Bailey's Crossroads Restaurant: Police

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police report that a Falls Church area man was arrested over the weekend after exposing himself outside Pueblo Nuevo Restaurant, at 6013 Leesburg Pike. The incident took place Saturday around 12:20 a.m.

An officer was in the vicinity of the business when he saw the man, Porfirio Rodriguez, 22, exit the bar and expose himself. The officer attempted to talk to him, but the suspect did not comply with the officer’s commands. Rodriguez, 22, of the Falls Church area, was arrested, taken to the Adult Detention Center and charged with indecent exposure and drunk in public.
