Nominations Open for the Grand Marshal of 2017 Memorial Day Parade

From Falls Church Virginia: The City's Recreation and Parks Department welcomes nominations for the Grand Marshal of the 2017 Memorial Day Parade. Nominees should have made exceptional, outstanding, distinguished, sustained or special contributions to the City of Falls Church.

Nominations are due to Chris Madison (cmadison@fallschurchva.gov) by 5 p.m. on March 1.Past honorees, who are not eligible, include Past honorees include Kathy Halayko (2016) Kathy and Barry Buschow (2015), Sergeant Steve Rau (2014), Janet Haines and Audrey Luthman (2013), Harry Shovlin (2012), Howard Herman (2011), Edna Frady (2010), Jessie Thackrey (2009), Pete Geren (2008), John Gannon (2007), Roger Neighborgall (2006).
