Webb Four-Year Council Run Over in Falls Church

There weren’t many people inside council chambers Monday night in the City of Falls Church.
In fact, there were only four of the seven council members in attendance for the last meeting before newly elected members are sworn in. Some of the people in the audience came to say goodbye to Councilman and thank him for his service to the city.
“It was a bit surreal having been on council the last four years,” Webb said. “I’m 38, so I’m still a young man.”
