2 Killed In I-95 Crash In Spotsylvania County: VSP
The two occupants of a 2013 Dodge Ram were killed when their vehicle struck a tractor traitor on I-95, according to Virginia State Police.
SPOTSYLVANIA, VA — Two people were killed early Wednesday on Interstate 95 in Spotsylvania County when their pickup truck crashed into a tractor trailer, according to the Virginia State Police.
Around 1:06 a.m., a 2013 Dodge Ram pulling a utility trailer was heading southbound on the interstate near the 126-mile marker in Spotsylvania County, according to police.
The truck veered off the roadway to the right and slammed into a stopped tractor trailer, causing the Ram to catch fire, according to the state police.

The two occupants of the Ram died at the scene and the tractor trailer driver was uninjured, according to police. VSP has not released the identities of the deceased and is continuing to investigate the incident.
