2 Killed in Plane Crash in Orange County

Virginia State Police is investigating scene of small plane crash late Tuesday afternoon.

ORANGE, VA — Two people have died at the scene of a small plane crash in Orange County, according to Virginia State Police.

The small, single-engine plane crashed in the roadway at the intersection of Tinder Lane and Ridge Field Lane, according to VSP spokesperson Corinne Geller.

State police are on scene investigating the incident, and the FAA and NTSB have been notified, she said.
