3rd Downtown Homicide Suspect In Jail Facing Multiple Charges: FPD
Fredericksburg City Police arrested a 22-year-old man, whom they identified as the third suspect in the fatal shooting of Tyler Lee Jones.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg City Police arrested a third suspect in connection to the Dec. 14 killing of 23-year-old Tyler Lee Jones.
Police arrested 22-year-old Eric Costley of Spotsylvania on Friday, charging him with second-degree murder, using a firearm in the commission of a felony, and aggravated malicious wounding. He was then held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, according to authorities.
On Thursday morning, Elijah Musgrove turned himself in to the Berkeley County, West Virginia Sheriff’s Department, according to police.

Musgrove will remain in custody in West Virginia until he can be transferred back to Fredericksburg to face charges of second-degree murder, gun possession by a felon and using a gun to commit a felony, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.
Officers responded around 1 a.m. on Dec. 14 after hearing gunshots in the 400 block of William Street. Jones was found injured on Charles Street, police said, adding he was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.

Fredericksburg Police detectives said Izaiah Jabbar Daniels, 21, of Woodford, is also incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, facing charges of second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office apprehended Daniels during a vehicle stop. The Fredericksburg Police Department obtained warrants and took Daniels into custody.
Police said the shooting stemmed from an altercation between known parties.
