FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2011

BURGLARY:

1000 block Dorthea Ct, June 15 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. A resident reported that an unknown person entered his unlocked home and stole a video game and game system. The investigation is ongoing.

600 block Pelham St, June 15 8:00 am – 8:30 pm. A resident reported that televisions, game systems, and other electronic items were stolen from the home. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Child Support Enforcement, 2342 Plank Rd, June 14 – 6/15 9:30 am. A maintenance technician reported that an air conditioning compressor and evaporator were stolen from the roof of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ABC Store, 1416 Carl D Silver Pkwy, June 15 12:00 pm. A manager reported that a male subject stole a bottle of liquor by concealing it in his pocket. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Jose Ortiz, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Jordan Moore, 25, of Dumfries was arrested for possession of glass on the riverbank.

Richard Humphrey, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with making written threats and assault and battery.

Jonathan Humphrey, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to appear in court.

Rebecca Cox, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of glass on the riverbank.

Aaron Thomas, 23, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with failure to appear in court.

Marvin Washington, 45, of Spotsylvania was arrested for contempt of court and failure to comply with a court order.
