Armed United Bank Robber Sought In Fredericksburg: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Authorities are looking for an armed man who robbed the United Bank at 1304 Central Park Boulevard Wednesday morning, according to Fredericksburg Police. He's described as black, around 6-1, 180 pounds and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, basketball shorts with compression leggings underneath, gloves, ski mask and sunglasses.

At 10:10 a.m., the man entered the bank, flashed a handgun and demanded money. He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and crossed Greengate Road toward Bragg Road. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-373-3122.
