Brazen Walmart Shoplifters Caught In Stafford: Police
Two Woodbridge men brazenly walked out of a Walmart with shopping cart full of unpaid-for merchandise in Stafford before being caught: SCSO.
STAFFORD, VA—Two Woodbridge men brazenly walked out of a Walmart with shopping cart full of unpaid-for merchandise at 11 Village Parkway, loaded the goods into their car and left before later being found and arrested Sunday, April 14, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
William Pearson, 47, and Severn Jackson 36, were charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony. Jackson also was served an outstanding warrant out of Manassas for shoplifting.
Shortly before 4:30 a.m., police were dispatched to the store after a customer reported seeing two men leave without paying for a cart full of merchandise. They reportedly left in a blue car and took off down Warrenton Road but were spotted in the area of the Interstate 95 northbound entrance ramp.

Police pulled over the vehicle and questioned the men. Surveillance camera footage confirmed they were the suspects from the Walmart. A search of the vehicle found four unopened hover boards and clothing in the trunk worth more than $900.
