Car Stolen on Seacobeck Street

A red Toyota Corolla was stolen from outside a city home over the weekend. Read more details in today's City Blotter.

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2011

LARCENY:

1200 block Seacobeck St, Sept. 23 7:00 p.m. – Sept. 24 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that her vehicle was stolen from a parking space in front of her home. The vehicle is a red Toyota Corolla with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.

1200 block Seacobeck St, Sept. 23 7:00 p.m. – Sept. 24 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that a quantity of change was stolen from the center console of his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

900 block Cornell St, Sept. 20 – Sept. 25 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that jewelry was stolen from her bedroom. The investigation is ongoing.

V ANDALISM:

2100 block Cowan Blvd, Sept. 22 8:00 a.m. – Sept. 23 7:45 a.m. A resident reported that several trees along the Smith Run Trail had graffiti spray painted on the trunks. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

2000 block Fall Hill Ave, Sept. 21 12:00 p.m. – Sept. 22 12:00 p.m. A property manager reported that a window lock was broken on a vacant property and there was evidence that a person or persons had been inside. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Thomas Baldwin, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with probation violation.

John Rodrigues, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing and public intoxication.

Amy Rodrigues, 38, of no fixed address was arrested for obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.

Robert Howard, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana. Thurston Thornton, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

David Keys, 23, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana, providing false identification to avoid arrest, and failure to appear in court.

Justin Smith, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to appear in court.

Craig Silverthorne, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.

Thomas Dickman, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.

Ryan Farrar, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.

Doris Roy, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic-related unlawful wounding (felony).

Lucas Murray, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Kimberly Kelly, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with assault and battery.

Charles Toepfer, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
