Child Porn Charges Filed Against 2 Spotsylvania County Men
Investigators with the Spotsylvania's Sheriff's Office recently arrested two men who they say were in possession of child pornography.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Two Spotsylvania County men face multiple charges, including possession and distribution of child pornography, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office.
In the first case, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified the sheriff's office March 10 about an online account where images of child sexual abuse material were being uploaded, stored, and possibly being shared.
Detectives obtained a warrant and searched the home of 28-year-old Bryson Jeleniewsk in Spotsylvania County, according to the incident report. After examining multiple electronic devices seized during the search, investigators arrested Jeleniewski, charging him with two counts of possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation, and facilitation of child pornography.

In the second case, NCMEC forwarded a cyber tip on March 17 that involved an online account where images of child sexual abuse material were being uploaded and stored. Images may also have been shared with others online.
Investigators searched the home of Robert Yarber, 34, in Spotsylvania County and examined multiple electronic devices they seized. Yarber was arrested and charged with two counts of possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation, and facilitation of child pornography and two counts of the facilitation of child pornography, according to the sheriff’s office.

Following their arrests, Jeleniewsk and Yarber were both remanded to the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
