Comic Books Lifted from Downtown Antique Shop
Shopowner at Blue Shark Antiques discovers several comic books stolen from his store. Read more details in today's City Blotter.

LARCENY:
Blue Shark Antiques, 904 Caroline St, Sept. 10 6:00 p.m. – Sept. 12 10:50 a.m. The business owner reported that a number of comic books were stolen, which was discovered after the discarded merchandise tags were found abandoned outside another downtown store. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ABC Store, 1416 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Sept. 12 8:40 p.m. An employee reported that a male subject grabbed two bottles of liquor from a shelf and ran from the store. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
200 block Mayfield Ave, Sept. 11 10:45 p.m. – Sept. 12 1:40 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that the rear window on her vehicle was shattered. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Denton Cir, Sept. 12 6:30 p.m. A resident reported that he asked a group of teenagers in front of his home to quiet down, and as soon as he walked back inside, a brick was thrown through his front window. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS: Jeanette Hale, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 300 block of amelia St.
ARRESTS: Steven Blair, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Daequan Waddy, 19, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
