Company Reports Large Copper Theft

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2011

LARCENY:

Kids Station, 1100 Sam Perry Blvd, May 19 – May 23 4:45  p.m. The manager reported that a license plate was stolen from the company’s van. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

S&N Communications, 309 Lansdowne Rd, May 23 11 a.m. – May 24 7:30 a.m. A site superintendent reported that a large quantity of copper wire was stolen from in and around a storage trailer. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

St. Georges Church, 905 Princess Anne St, May 24 7:30 a.m. A resident reported that graffiti was found spray painted on the rear of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Gary Mills, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for breaking and entering and providing false information to law enforcement to avoid arrest.

Thomas Baldwin, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with failure to appear in court.

Aaron Crawford, 27, of Washington D.C. was arrested for identity theft, providing false information to law enforcement to avoid arrest, and perjury.
