Construction Firm To Build New Headquarters In Stafford

A Stafford-based construction firm, CIP Finishes, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters later this month in Stafford.

STAFFORD, VA—A Stafford-based construction firm, CIP Finishes, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters 4 p.m. March 28 at 25 Centreport Parkway near Stafford Regional Airport. The 20,000-square-foot, $2.5 million facility will be on 3.5 acres, with part of it to be used by other tenants.

Founded more than 30 years ago, CIP Finishes is a "specialty" construction firm that installs interior hardware in multi-family residential and commercial projects. Local examples of its work include Cobblestone Square in downtown Fredericksburg, the Eagle Village apartments of the University of Mary Washington and the Courthouse Village community in Spotsylvania.
