Crash Closes I-95 North In Spotsylvania County

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—A multi-vehicle crash has closed all northbound Interstate 95 lanes in Spotsylvania County at mile marker 123 between Exit 118 (Thornburg) and Exit 126 (Spotsylvania), the Virginia Department of Transportation reported at 2 p.m.
