Two public hearings, one on and another on will be the focus of the Sept. 13 regular session of the Fredericksburg City Council.
At the work session prior to that meeting, the City Council will gather to further discuss the three contracts still in competition to build a new city courthouse as well as the updates relating to Motions for closed sessions have been proposed for those meetings, however it's not a guarantee that the meeting will be closed in its entirety. Such a motion requires a majority vote for the council to enter closed session.
