MVA INTO STRUCTURE:
200 block Park Hill Dr, July 26 2:55 p.m. A witness reported that There were no injuries. The driver, Patrick McCarthy, 78, of Fredericksburg was charged with reckless driving and released by the officer on the scene. Mr. McCarthy took a taxicab back to his residence.

LARCENY:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, July 26 4:30 p.m. A Charlottesville resident reported that the license plate was stolen from his vehicle in a parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
200 block Riverside Manor Blvd, July 26 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that one of the tires on his vehicle was punctured. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Frank Hutchinson, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1600 block of Dixon St.
ARRESTS:
James Stevens, 29, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and providing false identification to avoid arrest.
James Brown, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and drinking in public.
Lavelle Lomax, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for driving while suspended and on warrants from Stafford charging him with failure to appear in court.
Allen Pratt, 59, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.
Ashley Wilkerson, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.
Antonio Pacheco do Couto, 40, of Portugal was arrested for public intoxication.
