LARCENY:

Burlington Coat Factory, 2060 Plank Rd, 7/23 – 7/24 8:00 am. An HVAC technician reported that the copper coils were stolen from several rooftop air conditioning units. The investigation is ongoing.
2200 block Cowan Blvd, 7/10 12:15 am – 9:00 am. A resident reported that decorative driftwood was stolen from outside his front door. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

HIT AND RUN:
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 7/29 4:00 am. A witness reported that a female driving a white Crown Victoria struck and damaged two vehicles in the parking lot before leaving the scene. A warrant was obtained against Darlene Baker, 19, of unknown address, charging her with hit and run. Baker had not been arrested by the time of this report.
ARRESTS:
Reginald Silver, 43, of Spotsylvania was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and driving while suspended.
Michael Branham, 23, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Prince William charging him with failure to obey a court order.
Samantha Bienz, 24, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Veleka Wilson, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for two counts of assault and battery.
Lawrence Brown, 28, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to appear in court.
Michelle Snow, 18, of Orange was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Roger Hess, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Orange charging him with disregarding a law enforcement signal.
Benjamin May, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Phillip Schroeder, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested for driving on a revoked license and on a warrant from Stafford charging him with failure to appear in court.
