Drunk Woman Disrupts Skaters, Bullies Police In Stafford: SCSO
A woman was arrested after harassing patrons and employees at a skating rink in Stafford and then threatening police, according to the SCSO.

STAFFORD, VA—A woman was arrested Saturday night after aggressively harassing customers and employees at Cavalier Skating Rink at 1920 Jefferson Davis Highway and then threatening police, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Amanda Vance, 36, of Spotsylvania, was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstruction of justice.
Around 9 p.m., police responded to the scene for a reported disturbance. They found that a woman who appeared drunk was "acting aggressive with staff and patrons of the business." When they approached her, she was unsteady on her feet and had glassy bloodshot eyes.
Vance thus was arrested but then proceeded to add to her problems. On the way to the magistrate's office, she repeatedly kicked the windows of the cruiser and repeatedly—and belligerently— threatened the deputy.
