Electronics Stolen from Cars

FRAUD:

1000-block Jefferson Davis Hwy, Sept. 15 5:40 p.m. The victim reported that he discovered his check card had been used in North Carolina. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Best Buy, 1541 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Sept. 15 6:15 p.m. The victim reported that he left his personal ipad next to his work station to help a customer and when he returned he noticed it was missing. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400-block Idlewild Blvd, Sept. 15 6:50 p.m. The victim reported that he parked his vehicle in front of his residence on Sept. 12 and when he returned to his vehicle he noticed the rear driver’s side window had been broken and the two rear headrest covers were missing. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Regal Cinemas, 3301 Plank Rd, Sept. 16 12:05 a.m. The victim reported that she parked her vehicle at approximately 8:00 pm and when she returned she noticed that her cell phone and GPS were missing from the vehicle. No damage was found to the vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

900-block Jefferson Davis Hwy, Sept. 15 10:20 a.m. The victim reported that her vehicle had been damaged by what appeared to be a sharp object sometime overnight. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

3000-block Village Ln, Sept. 15 4:30 p.m. The victim reported that he had gotten into an argument with a friend at which point she threw a rock at the residence breaking a window. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:

Darren Bickell, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1300-block of Princess Anne St.

ARRESTS:

Lewis Deshields, 48, of Stafford was arrested on a Stafford County warrant for shoplifting, embezzlement and probation violation.

Charles Tate, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for urinating in public, littering and possession of alcohol on the Riverbank.

Christopher Fagan, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a Spotsylvania County capias for failure to appear.

Robert Becker, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.

Selena Staples, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.

Justin Allen, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested on Stafford County warrants for domestic assault and battery.

Shane Lucas, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and eluding police.
