FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2011
BURGLARY:
400 block Greenbrier Dr, July 31 – Aug. 1, 10:00 a.m. The property owner reported that an unknown person entered the residence through the sliding glass door and stole electronic items from a cabinet. The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:
Hugh Mercer Elementary School, 2100 Cowan Blvd, Aug. 1, 1 p.m. – 12:45 pm. An employee reported that plants and a small fence were damaged in the school’s garden. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Powhatan St, Aug. 1 8 a.m. – Aug. 2 3:45 p.m. A resident reported that graffiti was spray painted on a concrete wall beside the sidewalk. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Bobby Dahmen, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order and abduction.
Naim White, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Plato’s Closet.
James Smith, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for parole violation.
Nykki Abner, 25, of Locust Grove was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Louis Waterstreet, 32, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana.
