MONDAY, Nov. 11 - Veterans Day

• City and county offices are closed for Veterans Day.
• In the City of Fredericksburg, Monday's trash will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday's trash will be collected Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday recycling will be collected Tuesday.

TUESDAY, Nov. 12

• Steal the Glass with Founder's Brewery at Capital Ale House.  Beginning at 4 p.m. they'll be pouring Breakfast Stout, Porter and All Day IPA in a special snifter glass.

WEDNESDAY, Nov. 13

• Twelfth Annual Goodwill Awards, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.  $15 for Chamber members, $25 general admission.

• Lafayette Upper Elementary School PTA meeting at 7 p.m. in the school library.

THURSDAY, Nov. 14

• The Fredericksburg Department of Parks & Recreation is hosting a Thanksgiving Craft session for children age 3 - 5 years from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Dorothy Hart Community Center.  Cost is $5 per child.
