Entire Vending Machine Stolen

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15, 2011

LARCENY:

1885 Carl D Silver Pkwy, May 14 – June 13 12:00 pm. A vending machine distributor reported that one of his machines was stolen from a recently vacated business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Spirits, 816 Caroline St, June 14 6:30 pm. The manager reported that a male subject walked out of the restaurant without paying for his meal. Another customer followed the suspect and brought him back to the restaurant. Thomas Rodriguez, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper and public intoxication. Rodriguez was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $1000 bond.

1600 block Airport Ave, June 13 – June 14 10:30 am. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a storm window on the rear of her house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

FRAUD:

1200 block Parcell St, June 7 9:00 am. A resident reported that he received a check in the mail from a group supposedly funding “mystery shoppers”, but after depositing the check in his account the victim learned that the check was fraudulent. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS: Charles Beck, 25, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Andrew Hertel, 57, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Rockbridge County charging him with failure to appear in court.

Keenan Barner, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to comply with a court order.

Timothy Barnett, 35, of Ruther Glen was arrested for possession of cocaine.

Brittany Decarli, 21, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with felony larceny.

Jessica Parks, 20, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with felony larceny.

Victor Fortuno, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Amy Rodrigues, 37, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
