Five Juveniles Responsible for Series of Breaking and Entering Cases
Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office Arrests Made April 19 - 21, 2013. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Theft
On 4/21/13, Deputy Durbin responded to 11105 Leavells Rd, (Two Sisters Market) for a Breaking and Entering, (B&E) that occurred the night before. Five juveniles were developed as suspects and were detained. They confessed to the B&E. Detective Swift responded to assist and was able to solve other vandalisms/B&E/Larcenies in the area from recent weeks. All five juveniles were released to their parents.

On 4/19/13, Sgt. Hammond arrested Marie Felice Topping, 49 of Spotsylvania County in the 6000 Block of Massaponax Drive for Grand Larceny Auto, Forgery, Uttering, Identification Theft, and Obtain Goods or Money by False Pretense.

On 4/20/13, Deputy Carey arrested Nicholas Distasio, 20 of Stafford on an open warrant for Violation of Protective Order at the Magistrates Office.
On 4/20/13, Deputy Carey arrested Timothy Smetek, 44 of Spotsylvania for Assault & Battery in the area of Noel Drive.
DUI
On 4/21/13, Deputy Wilson arrested Regina Digennaro, 41 of Spotsylvania for DUI at Rappahannock Dr. and Taney Dr.
Narcotics
On 4/21/13, Deputy Wine released Shakeiya Bryant, 21 of King George on a summons for Possession Of Marijuana on a traffic stop at Plank Rd and Single Oak Rd. Deputy Wine also obtained warrants on Antwan Wilson, 21 of Montross for Possession Of Marijuana, Assault on Law Enforcement, Resisting Arrest, False ID to LE, ID Fraud, and Obstruction of Justice.
On 4/21/13, Deputy Wilson, released Jacob Conrad-Eberlin, 18 of Spotsylvania and Joshua Ewing, 18 of Spotsylvania on summons’ for Possession Of Marijuana at 213 Oak Crest Dr.
On 4/21/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Craig Monroe, 31 of Bealton for outstanding warrants and Possession of Marijuana at Candlewood Suites.
On 4/20/13, Deputy Moore released Travis Austin Cox, 20 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana as a result of a traffic stop, in the area of Brock Road and John Myer Street.
On 4/20/13, Deputy Papke released Robert Cotton, 47 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Old Plank Road and Ziyad Drive.
Arrests
On 4/21/13, Deputy Wright arrested Robert Paulus, 53 of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public in the area of Lake Anna PW/Camptown Rd.
On 4/21/13, Deputy Greene arrested Eric Martin, 35 of Washington DC for Drunk in Public at the McDonald’s on Mudd Tavern Rd.
On 4/20/13, Deputy Moore arrested Mark Anthony Burdette, 27 of Spotsylvania on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant as a result of a traffic stop in the area of Brock Road and John Myer Street.
On 4/19/13, Deputy Wright arrested Michael Sweet, 18 on an open Capias for Failure to Appear, in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office.
On 4/19/13, Deputy Spillman arrested Dustin Bone, 20 of Spotsylvania for open felony warrants and destruction of property after kicking Deputy Tillman's window out.
On 4/19/13, Deputy Spillman arrested Valerie St. Romain, 40 of Spotsylvania for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Heather Green Circle.
