Five Larcenies Reported Over Weekend

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS

MONDAY, JUNE 27, 2011

LARCENY:

VRE Lot G, 300 block Prince Edward St, June 21 7:00 a.m. – June 24 1:30 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that a license plate was stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block Weedon St, June 24 8:15 p.m. – June 25 9:00 a.m. A residential counselor reported that two outdoor trash bins were stolen from a home. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Cracker Barrel, 1971 Carl D Silver Pkwy, June 25 8:50 a.m. A manager reported that a male and female couple left the restaurant without paying for the meal they had consumed. The male suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

500 block Caroline St, June 23 – June 24 4:30 p.m. A resident reported that prescription medication was stolen from his apartment by a female who had been staying there. The suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

700 block Forest Village, June 26 7:15 p.m. A resident reported that his camera was stolen from the laundry room of his apartment building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

800 block Moncure St, June 23 10:00 p.m. – June 24 7:45 a.m. A resident reported that the side mirror on her vehicle was broken off. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Melvin Sanchez, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 200 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.

ARRESTS:

Joshua Elliott, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Nicholas Baker, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Sheri Loving, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Nichole Wilson, 28, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Ryan Lawrence, 22, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Alvon McKnight, 37, of Detroit, Michigan was arrested for possession of marijuana, perjury, and for being a fugitive from justice on a parole violation.

James Montgomery, 21, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina was arrested for urinating in public.

Kohl Meyer, 22, of Medford, New Jersey was arrested for urinating in public.

Arena Pezzulo, 19, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Denzel Cato, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

John Madison, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Lindsay Moolohan, 25, of Stafford was arrested for urinating in public.

Whitney Montague, 25, of Woodbridge was arrested for urinating in public.

Manuel Bizubac, 27, of Knoxville, Maryland was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.

Andrea Carroll, 25, of King George was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Michael Hobby, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting, obstruction of justice, and public intoxication.

Franklin Beverly, 30, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a warrant from Stafford charging him with failure to comply with a court order.

Dale Shepard, 45, of Alexandria was arrested for urinating in public.

Sherod Harris, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from Dollar General.

Demarco Pinkney, 19, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Matthew Everingham, 40, of Woodbridge was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Daniel Canady, 48, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with possession of child pornography.

Michael Fauntleroy, 43, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing and public intoxication.

James Brown, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Tariff Lee, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
