Flying Insects Found In Kitchens Of 2 Fredericksburg Eateries: Inspection
Rappahannock Area Health District inspectors found health code violations at four Fredericksburg food establishments during recent visits.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Of the six Fredericksburg food establishments Rappahannock Area Health District inspectors visited between Oct. 15 and 17, four had health code violations.
Inspectors reported seeing flying insects in both of the kitchens at Chipotle Mexican Grill #1109.and Wild Waylon's BBQ, according to the inspection reports. Wild Waylons had 20 health code violations, compared to 12 at the Chipotle Mexican grill.
"The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests," according to the report.

The inspectors told the person in charge at each restaurant to contact a pest control company.
