Students in Stafford, Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg are waking up to snow outside. Here is the latest schedule changes.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Snow was still falling in parts of the region early Monday morning, as some school districts in and around Fredericksburg were making decisions on the school schedule for January 30, 2017.
A winter weather advisory was issued for Northern Virginia until 7 a.m., with the chance for up to 2 inches of snow in some areas.
Stafford County Schools: All Stafford County Public Schools are closed today, Monday, January 30, 2017. Code 2 for employees.

Spotsylvania County Schools: All Schools are closed on Monday, January 30, 2017. 12-month employees are code 2 as safety permits.
