Fredericksburg-Area Schools Make Weather Call For Monday, Jan. 14
Public schools in Fredericksburg, Stafford County and Spotsylvania County have made weather decisions for Monday, Jan. 14.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Because of snow, all public schools in Fredericksburg, Stafford County and Spotsylvania County will be closed Monday, Jan. 14. Below are details, as provided by the school systems.
Fredericksburg: Code Red for 12-month employees.
Stafford County: Employees are on Code 1. Essential personnel only report to work.

Spotsylvania County: Code 1 for 12-month employees. The School Board meeting scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled, and the new meeting date will be announced Tuesday. As per the adopted Instructional Calendar, the following days will be make-up days due to missed days from inclement weather:
February 18, 2019 (A day)
March 11, 2019 (A day)
