Fredericksburg Art Show, Sale To Feature Works From Over 100 Artists

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The City of Fredericksburg Department of Parks, Recreation and Events and the Woman’s Club of Fredericksburg are holding the 73rd Annual Fredericksburg Fine Arts Show and Sale in March.

The show will be held at the Dorothy Hart Community Center at 408 Canal Street, Fredericksburg from Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24. The hours of the show are Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This juried art show will include artworks from more than eight different disciplines and features more than 275 original pieces from 117 artists. Works shown at the Fredericksburg Fine Arts Show will be by many artists from the local area.

Admission is free and everyone is invited.

While visiting the Fine Art Show, attendees can also see works of art from the children of Fredericksburg at the annual Kid’s Art Show. Artwork from young artists, ages 4 to 18, will be on display for viewing only. Works include sculptures, drawings, paintings and more.

Proceeds from the show benefit the Women’s Club of Fredericksburg charitable programs and programs offered by Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation and Events.
