Fredericksburg City Council Schedules Retreat
The members will meet for two days this week in a planning retreat.

The Fredericksburg City Council will meet for a planning retreat on Friday, Oct. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 20, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Both sessions are open to the public, and will be held in the training room at police headquarters, 2200 Cowan Blvd.
According to the agenda released Tuesday, the council will:
- Discuss Progress on Current Initiatives
- Review, Discuss and Modify Council’s Goals
- Develop Initiatives for Each Goal Area
- Review Alignment Matrix
- Evaluate and Prioritize List of Initiatives for Council Biennium
- Fine-Tune the Prioritized Initiatives
- Discuss Parking Lot Issues
