FREDERICKSBURG, VA — With 19 precincts reporting, Del. Joshua Cole (D-65th) was reelected to the Virginia House Delegates, defeating Republican opponent Sean Steinway, 20,009 to 14,179, according to unofficial results from the Virginia Department of Elections.

Voters in Fredericksburg cast ballots in both the Fredericksburg City Council and School Board races, as well as who will be the city's next commonwealth's attorney, sheriff, commissioner of revenue and treasurer.

With precincts in all four wards reporting, Matt Rowe, Joy Crump, Susanna R Finn and Charlie Frye were elected to the Fredericksburg City Council, according to unofficial results.
