Fredericksburg City Schools Adjust Schedule For Weather On Feb. 11
With Fredericksburg and the rest of the region under a winter storm warning, the school day will be adjusted on Feb. 11 for area districts.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg City Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 11, due to the approaching winter storm.
Essential personnel should contact their supervisor regarding report times, the district said late Monday.
Fredericksburg and the rest of the region are under a winter storm warning from 1 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday, the National Weather Service said. Forecasters are calling for 4 to 8 inches of snow.

Spotsylvania County Public Schools: All Spotsylvania County Public Schools and offices are closed on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Code 1 - essential personnel report to perform emergency services as necessary.
Stafford County Public Schools: Stafford Schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 for all students and staff. All activities and events also scheduled for Tuesday are cancelled.
