Fredericksburg To Hold 2024 Earth Day Festival At Old Mill Park
The Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation & Events Department is holding a 20th Anniversary Earth Day Festival on April 20.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation & Events Department is holding a 20th Anniversary Earth Day Festival on April 20.
This year’s Earth Day Festival will be held along the Rappahannock River at Old Mill Park at 2201 Caroline Street. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 20.
The event will have more than 100 local vendors, live music and food trucks. A variety of interactive and educational EcoTalks will be held throughout the day, along with a scavenger hunt.

Attendees also will get to test out kayaking in a paddling pool, scale up a rock-climbing wall, or possibly win prizes in a raffle.
Admission to the event is free. Food vendors will be available on-site. The event will have water-filling stations available throughout the festival.
