BURGLARY:
600 block Spottswood St, July 15 8:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. A resident reported that his door was forced open and a video game system and cash were stolen from his apartment. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
Neurology Associates, 220 Executive Center Pkwy, June 30 – July 15 9:00 a.m. A manager reported that a prescription pad was stolen from the office. The investigation is ongoing.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 13 3:00 p.m. – July 14 12:00 p.m. A Locust Grove resident reported that his cell phone was stolen while he was shopping. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
2000 block Fall Hill Ave, July 15 9:00 p.m. – July 16 6:30 a.m. A resident reported that her vehicle was stolen from its parking space on the street. The vehicle is a blue 2000 Chrysler van with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.
Municipal Lot, 900 Sophia St, July 11 – July 16 1:00 p.m. A visitor reported that the license plate was stolen from her motorcycle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Bottom Dollar, 515 Jefferson Davis Hwy, July 16 2:15 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject stole several packages of meat by concealing them in his clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
Pep Boys, 2384 Plank Rd, July 16 8:45 p.m. – July 17 8:30 a.m. An employee reported that vehicles belonging to two customers had items stolen from inside them, and one of the vehicles had its window broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Brocks, 503 Sophia St, July 16 1:15 a.m. A patron reported that his wallet was stolen while he was on the dance floor. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Santa Fe Carwash, 1610 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 17 6:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that his wife’s cell phone was stolen after she inadvertently left it on the counter of the business. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
400 block Frederick St, July 15 4:00 p.m. – 4:40 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that a window was broken on her vehicle, apparently by a rock that was found on the front seat. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
500 block Caroline St, July 16 1:50 a.m. An officer patrolling in the area discovered a vehicle with its rear windshield broken out. The officer notified the owner of the damage. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1400 block Stafford Ave, July 15 5:00 p.m. – July 16 6:45 p.m. A resident reported that a windshield wiper on her vehicle was damaged and bent in half. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
FRAUD:
Target, 1180 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 16 9:00 p.m. – July 17 10:45 a.m. A resident reported that he lost his wallet while shopping in Central Park and he later realized that his credit cards had been used to make purchases at several local stores. The investigation is ongoing.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 14 8:20 p.m. The pharmacist reported that a male subject presented a forged prescription to be filled. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS:
Lisa Kelley, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 3400 block of Fall Hill Ave.
Clarence Ennis, 56, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1100 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Matthew Hicks, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana in the 2000 block of Carl D Silver Pkwy.
Crystal Greathouse, 30, of Stafford was arrested in the 1200 block of Carl D Silver Pkwy.
Rachel Depasquale, 24, of Stafford was arrested in the 2000 block of Plank Rd.

Glennis Robinson, 46, of Stafford was arrested for tampering with a vehicle.
John Buck, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Sabrina Colon, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for embezzlement.
Latisha Brandon, 21, of Stafford was arrested for embezzlement.
William Latta, 35, of Odenton, Maryland was arrested for urinating in public.
Jason Webster, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
Anthony Wilson, 19, of Dumfries was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Adam. Loehr, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony hit and run.
Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.
Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.
Nick Northrop, 22, of Dumfries was arrested for public intoxication.
Lakeisha Williams, 32, of Caroline was arrested for assault and battery.
Charles Taylor, 57, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery.
Alex Bailey, 64, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Trevor Watts, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Kerry Shelling, 40, of Colonial Beach was arrested for possession of cocaine.
