Gas Line Work to Close Willis Street

The 400 block of Willis Street will be closed temporarily between Lafayette and Cobblestone boulevards later this week.

The closure will be the result of work to install a new gas line under the street.

The closure will be in effect between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5. Motorists looking to access the Cobblestone development will need to use the Essex Street entrance into the development.

If bad weather strikes, a rain date is set for the next day, Friday, Jan. 6.
