Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

The Geometry teacher went on maternity leave. The long-term substitute was worried about her teaching skills for these high achieving 8th graders. Ms Wolfe used her planning to help the substitute AND met with these students during homeroom each day for weeks to ensure they ended the year strong! All of this in addition to ensuring the students in her own classes also finished strong.

She goes above and beyond expectations in teaching her students and encouraging her fellow teachers
