FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, JUNE 13, 2011

BURGLARY:

1300 block King St, June 11 3:00 p.m. – June 12 3:30 a.m. A resident reported that a large quantity of CDs and DVDs were stolen from the home as the occupants were in the process of moving. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

LARCENY:

1900 block Woodlyn Dr, June 10 2:00 p.m. – June 11 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that several credit cards were stolen from the glove box of her unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1800 block Plank Rd, June 10 9:30 p.m. – June 11 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that a GPS and charger were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Caroline St, June 11 1:30 a.m. – 3:30 a.m. A resident reported that a check was stolen from his outgoing mail. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Littlepage St, June 11 12:05 a.m. – June 11 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that a bag of tools was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

V ANDALISM:

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, 1414 Caroline St, June 6 – June 7 8:00 a.m. An employee reported that three company-owned vehicles were damaged by vandals. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1000 block Princess Anne St, June 10 9:00 p.m. – June 11 9:25 a.m. A business owner reported that a window was broken on the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

300 block Tyler St, June 11 11:30 a.m. – June 12 12:30 a.m. An officer patrolling in the area found graffiti spray painted on several signs and on two buildings. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:

Michelle Jackson, 33, of no fixed address was arrested for DUI and child endangerment in the 400 block of Caroline St.

ARRESTS:

Daryl Stewart, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted carjacking, attempted robbery, and providing false information to law enforcement to avoid arrest.

Michael Jenkins, 19, of Haymarket was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Bernice Wilson, 35, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery.

Steven Blair, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Scott Ruczynski, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Christopher Mihalko, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with assault and battery.

James Greene, 45, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of schedule I,II narcotics, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Childress, 19, of Glen Allen was arrested for brandishing a firearm. Kenneth Parker, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.

Jonathan Lively, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a concealed weapon.

Juvenile female, 14, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart.

Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart.

Brian Smith, 26, of Woodbridge was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Brittney Stone, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Lewis Ellis, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.

Hector Alemany, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of fictitious vehicle registration.

Matthew Rogers, 21, of Richmond was arrested for possession of marijuana.
