Handgun Stolen from Vehicle

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2011

LARCENY:

400 block Deerwood Dr, Aug. 8 1:30 p.m. The victim reported that a GPS unit was missing from the interior of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Brock’s Riverside Grill, 503 Sophia St, Aug. 8 2:45 p.m. The victim reported that he parked his vehicle at Brock’s on Aug. 5 and when he returned to his vehicle, he found that his handgun was missing from the interior of the vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Simpatica, 810 Caroline St, Aug. 8 5:00 p.m. An employee reported that a white female described to be approximately 40 years old entered the store and removed a t-shirt from the rack and left the store without paying. The subject matching the same description was also reported to have stolen a cloth bag from Everything Cross Stitch. The subject was last seen leaving the area. No further description is available.

VANDALISM:

500 block Hanover St, Aug. 8 8:00 a.m. The victim reported that a rock had been used to damage his vehicle. The rock was thrown through the back windshield which also caused damage to the interior of the vehicle. A second vehicle was located in the same area with similar damage. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

William Ingoglia, 27, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a Stafford County warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher Hall, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and public intoxication.
