Hundreds Honor Marcellus "Bull" Greene, Sr.
Tuesday's funeral called "a going home service."
Culpeper Baptist Church overflowed Tuesday with mourners honoring Marcellus "Bull" Greene, Sr. The security guard was killed March 30 in Fredericksburg in a drive-by shooting outside Q-Ball Cafe, the club where he was working.
"Bull’s longtime coach Ray Scott of the Prince William Monarchs semi-professional football team shared a few emotional memories about one of his longtime, lovable and brightest players," the Star Exponent reported.
“'I could stand up here all day and talk about Bull. I feel like I lost one of my sons. That’s how I feel about him,' said Scott, who met Bull in 1998 and coached Bull for 13 years."
