Update - Two Lanes of I-95 Reopen

UPDATE: 5:45 p.m. 

The left and center lane of southbound I-95 has re-opened following a multi-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 95 near Exit 130/Fredericksburg. The crash shortly before 5 p.m. had closed all southbound travel lanes and shoulders of the interstate.

Traffic is currently backed up three miles leading up to the incident scene on southbound I-95.
