Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Cleared; Southbound I-95 Reopens: VDOT
Traffic traveling on southbound I-95 before the Aquia/Garrisonville exit was down to one lane Wednesday due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The right lane of southbound I-95 near mile marker 145 was closed for about 90 minutes on Wednesday afternoon due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer on the right shoulder.
Traffic was diverted to a single lane, as crews worked to remove the truck, according to a 1:20 p.m. social media post by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
All lanes reopened to traffic around 2:51 p.m., according to VDOT.
