License Plates, Tires Stolen From Cars

LARCENY:

Home Depot, 1201 Gateway Blvd, July 29 6 p.m. – Aug. 3 8 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that a spare tire was stolen from one of the commuter vans that she leaves parked at the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Fredericksburg Fairgrounds, 2400 Airport Ave, Aug. 2 – Aug. 4 11:30 p.m. An employee reported that the license plates were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Katherine Mitchell, 21, of Ruther Glen was arrested in the 2800 block of Cowan Blvd.

Derrick Evans, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 2300 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.

ARRESTS:

Gene Callaway, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for aggressive solicitation.

John Hayes, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.

Kevin Getward, 25, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication and providing false identification information to avoid arrest.

Jemia Lewis, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery, probation violation, and providing false identification information to avoid arrest.

Eddie Kinsey, 41, of Culpeper was arrested for providing false identification information to avoid arrest and on an outstanding warrant from Culpeper charging him with failure to pay child support.

Timothy Brown, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
