Community Services Board employee allegedly engaged in sexual activity with minor served by the board.

An employee of the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) was taken into police custody Monday by the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office for alleged inappropriate sexual activity with a minor served by the board.

Licensed therapist John-Scott Henry has since been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery, RACSB executive director Ron Branscome said in a press release.

"The sheriff’s office is investigating his alleged involvement in inappropriate sexual activity with a minor served by RACSB," Branscome said.

The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office could not be reached by Patch at press time for more information on the charges.

Branscome said RACSB will fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

"RACSB does not discuss cases under investigation and is currently unable to provide additional information so that the legal rights of those involved are properly protected," Branscome said.
