Long & Foster Acquires RE/MAX Bravo
The Spotsylvania real estate company will now operate under the Long & Foster brand.

Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., announced it has acquired Bravo, a Spotsylvania County RE/MAX franchise company specializing in residential real estate in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford. Moving forward, the company will operate under the Long & Foster brand.
Bravo co-owners and brokers Jane Wallace and Kevin McGrath started Bravo in 2009. Both have accepted positions with Long & Foster.
Wallace, who has nearly 10 years of residential real estate experience, will help Long & Foster ensure a successful transition for all Bravo’s agents.
McGrath, who has been in the construction and real estate business for more than 20 years, will join the Fredericksburg leadership team as the new sales manager, working with branch co-managers Dottie McGinnis and Brooke Miller.Â
