Man Assaulted By Two At Walmart

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, AUGUST 23, 2011
BREAKING AND ENTERING:
100 block Hickock Cir, May 15 – Aug. 22 2:30 p.m. An agent for the unoccupied property reported that an unknown person forced open a rear door and left trash in the residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ASSAULT:
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Aug. 22 11:00 p.m. A witness reported that she saw two male subjects punching and kicking another male in the parking lot. The two suspects then left the scene in a red and white pickup. The 18 year old victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance with injuries to his head and face, and he was unable to provide any information about his assailants or the circumstances surrounding the assault. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
Petsmart, 1421 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Aug. 21 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. An employee reported that her wallet and cell phone were stolen from a locker in the break room. The investigation is ongoing.
400 block Riverside Dr, Aug. 19 -Aug. 22 10:00 p.m. A resident reported that a game system and several video games were stolen from the home. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1600 block Airport Ave, Aug. 22 11:00 p.m. A witness reported that she saw a male subject using a baseball bat to break out the windows of a Cadillac that was parked on the street. The suspect was described as a black male driving a white Toyota, and he left the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
900 block Caroline St, Aug. 16 – Aug. 22 7:30 a.m. An officer patrolling in the area located graffiti spray painted on signs and on an alley wall. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Way Back When, 918 Caroline St, Aug. 22 3:45 p.m. The business owner reported that a front window pane was broken at the store. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1500 block College Ave, Aug. 22 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that the back windshield on her vehicle was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Robin Centenera, 44, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 2300 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Cindy Hughes, 49, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 2200 block of Caroline St.
ARRESTS: Martha Shelton, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for making phone threats.
Ashley Childers, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Dewayne Owens, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
