Anthony Moye, 37, of Triangle, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, obstruction of justice, driving suspended and failure to obey a traffic light.

Shortly before 10:30 p.m., an officer on patrol in the area of Boswell's Corner spotted a vehicle headed north on Telegraph Road blow through a red light at Jefferson Davis Highway. He pulled it over in the 3900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle—which had three occupants, including the driver, a woman and a 1-year-old child.
