Men Passed Out Drunk Next To Vomit At Fredericksburg Walmart: Sheriff
According to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, three young men "came to drink, and drink they did."
STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — Three men accused of passing out drunk next to their own vomit outside a Fredericksburg Walmart parking lot are facing charges, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
Jaquez Dudley, 21, of Stafford and Quavon Glaspie, 21, of Stafford have been charged with public intoxication. Ryan Bush, 20, of Stafford, has been charged with public intoxication and unlawful possession of alcohol.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded to Walmart at 11 Village Parkway in Fredericksburg on Wednesday shortly after 12 a.m.

After arriving to the location, deputies said three young men were passed out in the parking lot surrounded by vomit. Deputies were able to wake the three sleeping men.
Deputies said the men told them that "they came to drink."

"And drink they did, as they all had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from their breath and slurred speech," the sheriff's office said in a news release.
Deputies said the open containers of alcohol in plain view were also a giveaway.
The three men were arrested and spent the rest of the night at Rappahannock Regional Jail until they were sober, deputies said.
