Missing Woman Found Safe: Police
The 23-year-old woman had been last seen in downtown Fredericksburg early Monday morning. Police asked public for help locating her.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A woman reported missing has been located early Tuesday evening and is safe, according to Fredericksburg City Police.
Police had said earlier Tuesday that Ashley Nicole Phillips, 23, had not been seen since early Monday morning near an intersection in downtown Fredericksburg.
